Taxsaver incentivises people to use public transport to and from work by offering savings of up to 52% on the cost of monthly or annual tickets for public transport in Ireland.
There are monthly and annual tickets available for the Dublin area whether you’re looking to travel by bus, Luas, Dart, rail or some combination of them all. The tickets are zonal based and are valid on Dublin Bus and Go-Ahead Ireland services.
The Taxsaver ticket is purchased by the employer, with monthly payments taken from the employees salary before tax, offering between 28.5% and 52% saving depending on your tax rate.
