To plan your cycling route, we recommend trying a few different journey planners to ensure various options are covered – Google Maps and cyclestreets.net are all great places to start.
Chester railway station is a 20-minute cycle, with a good stretch along the Dee for a scenic ride. Wrexham Road has a segregated cycle lane running parallel to it, offering a safe, dedicated route for those cycling. It links to the Purple Route for an easy route into the centre centre via Handbridge.
Both Amadeo Financial Centre and Stansfield House have secure cycle parking, lockers and showers.

Cycle to Work Scheme
The bank’s Cycle to Work scheme is a Government-backed, tax-free benefit that lets employees choose a bike and accessories (up to £3,000 in value) through the Flagscape MyBenefits portal, hire them for 12 months, and then purchase the bike outright for a small fraction of its original cost.
